Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the One Roof Homes website and mobile app (the “Service”), operated by One Roof Homes in Savannah, Georgia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
What the Service is
One Roof Homes coordinates home services — maintenance, repairs, and related work — performed by vetted, independent service professionals, and gives you a place to keep your home’s records: spaces, appliances, documents, warranties, and service history.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app or from the Privacy & Data page.
Service requests and visits
- Requesting service through the app is a request, not a guaranteed booking — we confirm scheduling with you before a visit.
- Work is performed by independent professionals whose licenses, insurance, and background checks we verify. Verification status shown in the app reflects the documentation on file at the time shown.
- Pricing is communicated before work is authorized. Quotes are estimates until accepted.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, tell us as early as you can through the app or by phone.
Your content
The photos, documents, and details you add to your home’s record are yours. You give us the limited license we need to store and display them to you and, where necessary, to the professionals serving your home. Don’t upload content that is unlawful or that you don’t have the right to share.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service: no attempting to breach its security, scraping other users’ data, harassing professionals or staff, or using the platform for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Roof Homes disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Workmanship issues with a completed visit should be reported promptly — we stand behind coordinating a resolution.
Changes to the Service or these terms
We may update the Service and these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you through the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
