One Roof Membership is a flat monthly plan for the upkeep a home needs anyway — pest control, lawn and landscaping, gutters, dryer vents, the water heater. Scheduled a year ahead so you are not the one remembering it.

Every membership follows a set calendar. Some things repeat monthly, some land once a year in the month that makes sense for them.
Monthly, by a licensed provider.
Mow, trim, aerate, fertilize — more often in the growing season, less in winter.
Four times a year.

Small fixes that take under half an hour and need no purchased parts are part of the membership. Anything bigger is quoted at a member rate, with priority scheduling. Repair parts are quoted with the job.
